4.1 외관, 구조 및 치수검사

가공 및 소재 부위의 사상 정도를 육안에 의해 검사한다.

승인 사양서 및 도면에 의거 SHAFT, BASE 및 전동기 외형 치수를 검사한다.

2) 판정기준

승인된 사양서에 의거 검사하여 외관의 이상이 없을 것.

승인된 사양의 주요 치수가 이상이 없을 것.

4.2. 정격 시험

1) 검사방법

정격 부하 100% 에서 1시간 운전한다.

2) 판정기준

모터 각 부에 이상이나 변형이 없어야 한다.

4.3 온도 상승 시험

1) 검사 방법

정격 부하에서 2시간 운전 후 각부의 온도를 측정한다.

2) 판정기준

비 접촉식 적외선 온도계로 측정하여 각부 온도가 아래 이하여아 한다.

4.4 정류 상태 확인

1) 검사방법

100% 정격 운전 시 유해한 정류자 면에 불꽃이 없을 것

2) 판정기준

정류 불꼿 호번이 5호 이내에 들어와야 한다.

4.5 소음 시험

1) 검사방법

소음측정은 기기를 정격전압, 정격회전수에서 무부하 운전시 측정 한다.

반사음 및 암소음의 영향이 작고 소음변화가 적은 장소를 골라 행한다.

측정위치는 축 중심선을 포함한 수평면상의 축방향과 고정자 후레임 중심에서 축과 직각방향의 4개소에 1미터 떨어진 위치에서 측정하여

그 평균치를 취한다.

2) 판정기준

MPS 승인 사양서에 만족할 것.

85dB 이하 일 것.

4.6 진동 시험

1)검사방법

진동측정은 회전체의 기계적, 전기적 평형 및 조립상태의 양부를 판단하기 위해 실시하므로 기기를 정격회전수, 정격여자 상태에서 무부하 운전시 측정한다.

진동계로 기기 베아링 하우징 부위에 대해서 각각 상방향, 횡방향, 축방향의 진동을 측정한다.

2)판정기준

T/G PUMP & MOTOR VIBRATION LIMIT STANDARD

규정치에 만족할 것.

4.7 속도 특성 시험

1) 검사 방법

전기자 전압 정격에서 부하전류를 100% 90% 80% 70% 60% 50%로

변환하여 회전수를 측정한다.

2) 판정 기준

각 부하전류에서 정격회전수에서 ±10% 이내에 들어 올 것.



4.8 절연저항 시험

1) 시험방법

▪ 온도상승시험 직후 및 권선과 대지 간에 절연저항을 측정한다.

▪ 저압일 경우에는 500V, 고압일 경우는 1000V MEGGER를 사용한다.

2) 판정기준

▪ 측정한 값이 아래식의 값 이상이어야 합격으로 한다.

Rm = KV + 1(M)

Rm : 최소 절연저항치(M)

KV : 정격 전압(KV)

4.09 절연 내력 시험

1) 시험 방법

상용 주파스 2E + 1000V에서 해당 전압을 1 분간 건다 (E=전기자 전압)

2) 판정 기준

1분간 실시 후 코일 절연파괴가 없어야 한다

4.10 페인트 검사

1) 검사 방법

페인팅 후 도막게이지로 두께를 측정하고, 표면이 주름, 부풀림, 다른 손상된 결점이 있는지 유관 검사를 한다.

2)판정기준

승인 사양서의 최소 두막두께 이상일 것.

5. 측정 및 시험장비 관리

품질관리 부서장은 품질에 영향을 주는 업무에 사용되는 공구, 게이지, 계측기, 기타

측정 및 시험장비가 사용 전에 또는 규정된 주기로 관리, 교정 및 조정되도록 교정

관리 체계를 수립하고 적절하게 교정되고 유지관리 되는지를 확인할 책임이 있다.

품질관리 부서장는 년간 검교정 계획에 따라 측정 및 시험 장비를 국가 공인표준에

따라 유효성이 인증된 장비를 이용하여 정해진 주기로 또는 사용 전에 검교정을 한다.



6. 제품표기 방법

제품제작 완료 후 성능 및 기능에 지장이 없는 곳에 품명 및 규격, 계약자 상호

또는 약호, 제작년월, 일련번호 등을 Marking 된 명판을 설치한다.
