I speak fluent English because i grew up speaking the language.

yep, I was accepted at MIP for their MBA program but I am still looking for scholarships.

난 경영학 석사프로그램을 위한 적립식 증권 투자법(MIP)을 인정받았는데(죄송합니다; 매끄러운 해석이.. ㅠㅠ) 하지만 계속 장학금을 찾고있는 중이야.  
Doing an mba is really expensive and I don't have enough savings to pay it in full,

경영학 석사과정을 준비하는건 굉장히 비싸고 난 그걸 한꺼번에 다 낼만한 충분한 예금이 없어.
if I don't get a full scholarship I would have to get a bank loan.

내가 전액 장학금을 지원받지 못한다면 은행에서 대출받아야 할거야.
I will spend Christmas with my grandparents.

난 크리스마스를 조부모님들과 보낼꺼야.
My parents and little brother are in the USA...

내 부모님와 남동생은 미국에 있어.... 

and for new year's eve I have not thought about it yet.

그리고 12/31일엔 아직 뭘할지 생각 안해봤어.
