영문 협업 메일 해석 부탁드립니다.

아래와 같은 메일을 받았는데요. 좀 더 명확한 의미를 알고 싶어 해석이 필요합니다.
일단 여섯줄의 해석을 부탁 드리고요.

2번의 경우 스폰서 태그가 안된다고 해놓고는 줄을 그어 놓았는데 이걸 어떻게 해석해야하나요?
기본적으로 기사 의뢰를 받게 되면 하단에 공정위 문구를 넣게 되어 있는데
No sponsored tag 는 공정위 문구를 넣지 말아 달란 의미인거 같은데 거기다 줄을
그어 놓아서 부정의 의미인지 아니면 2번문항은 신경쓰지 말란 의미인지 모르겠습니다.
