해외직구로 제품 구매하였는데, 불량이 와서ㅜㅜ 급해요ㅜㅜ제 계정정보나, 주문번호등에 대한 간단한건 스스로 할수 있는데,장문 문의에 대한 영작 부탁드립니다. 내용은 아래와 같습니다. -------------------------------------구매한 제품인 prismacolor의 케이스및 내부제품이 파손이 된 상태로 배송되었습니다.겉면의 비닐 포장이나, 밀폐 포장은 정상적인걸로 봐서는, 초기불량의 가능성이 높아보입니다. 포장 박스의 겉면에도 문제가 없습니다.제품의 케이스 측면이 찌그러진 상태이며, 내부의 제품도 손상되어있습니다. 새제품을 구매하였지만 중고제품을 구매한 느낌에 속상합니다. 당장 시급하게 사용이 필요한 제품인데 사용을 하지 못하고 있습니다.거주지가 한국이다보니, 재배송에 대한 어려움이 많습니다이 불량건에 대해 어떻게 조치를 받을수 있는지 답변 부탁드립니다.감사합니다.----------------------------------------------------------------잘부탁드립니다 도움 주셔서 미리 감사드립니다.

The product prismacolor which I purchased is delivered in damaged condition.

The outer protection such as it's covers and box are in fine condition which shows that it is damaged from the product itself.

It's case and internal parts are broken which makes me feel that I have purchased second hand goods. It is urgenlty required and I can't use it.

As I live in Korea so I find it difficult for another delivery. Please take actions to this problem.
