한국의 20대 SNS사용률은 90% 이상으로 조사되었다. 그로 인해 현재 SNS 중독문제와 부작용이 매우 심각해졌다. 본 연구는 SNS 중독문제의 이유를 거부민감성, 대인관계만족, 자기통제력에 초점을 두어 연구했다. 우리가 한 연구의 설문조사는 한국에 있는 대학생 000명을 대상으로 실시하여 수집했는데 분석결과, 초점을 둔 연구들이 모두 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 거부민감성은 대인관계문제(β = .99, p<.001)와 SNS중독경향성(β = .50, p<.001)에 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로, 자기통제력(β = -.40, p<.001)에는 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 대인관계문제는 SNS중독경향성(β = .07, p <.05)과 자기통제력(β = -.12, p<.001)에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 자기통제력은 SNS중독경향성(β = -.28, p<.001)에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 우리가 알 수 있는 것은 SNS중독경향성에 미치는 다양한 변인의 복잡한 관계를 논리적으로 설명해 낼 수 있었으며, 각 변인간의 관계와 영향도를 알게 된 만큼 거부민감성이 높은 대학생들의 SNS중독경향성 감소를 위해 어떤 변인을 어떻게 개입해야하는지에 대한 근거를 마련한 계기가 되어 한국의 SNS중독률을 줄이는데 큰 도움이 될 것이라고 시사한다.

This study focused on rejection sensitivity, interpersonal satisfaction, and self-control of the reasons for SNS addiction. A survey of our study was conducted and collected from 000 college students in Korea, and as a result of the analysis, all studies focused on were statistically significant.
