such managers가 주어이고 respond가 동사입니다.

responding은 현재분사니까 문장의 동사가 될 수 없죠.

responding이 되려면 뒤에 such managers의 동사가 될 수 있는 단어가 있어야 하는데

그런 단어는 보이지 않습니다.
