이렇게 명시된 호텔을 예약했었는데 예약한지 4일후에 접속해서 무료취소를 하려고 했는데 50퍼센트 밖에 환불이 안된다고 하더군요.
그래서 클레임 메시지를 보내니까 이렇게 오더군요 숙소정책을 메인으로 안 띄우고 지들이 무료취소를 보장한다 해놓고 이런식인데 호텔에는 일본어 하는 친구한테 부탁해서 전화하니까 이 악물고 담당자랑은 연결을 안 시켜주더라고요 포기해야할까요?

Thank you for your kind explanation and sorry for our second request.
We still don't understand why it can't be 100% fully refunded, because there is no doubt we saw "total fee can be refunded untill April" terms when we finished our reservation.
Could you please double check if there was no error or misunderstanding on our reservation (booking ID 839405908)?
As our evidence of claim, the hotel reservation page still shows us we can get full refund if we make a new reservation. Is there any understandable difference between below room and our room?
Pls check my upload file.

In accordance with the property’s policy for this booking, any cancellation will be charged 50% and a 50% refund of will be given.
This cancellation policy is owned by the property and not Agoda. However, if you managed to get the approval from the property directly, please revert back to us with the person in charge name and position. We would help you to forward this to our booking partner.
Please let us know if you get approval from the property directly, and provide us with the staff name and position.
These terms and conditions are stated on the website and can also be found in your confirmation email.
Should you still wish to cancel this booking, please refer to the Self Service function which can be found in your confirmation email or access ’My bookings’ on our website.
Please note that once cancelled, your booking cannot be reinstated.
Cancellation and Change Policy: Any cancellation received within 75 days prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the booking value. Any cancellation received within 5 days prior to the arrival date will be charged for the entire stay. If you fail to arrive or cancel the booking, no refund will be given.
As of now your booking is still valid, just in case you change your mind and decide to use it. To cancel your booking, simply sign into the Agoda website or app, and click on 'My bookings' under the Account menu.
