"The rule of the game is that if you flip a coin and the heads comes out, A wins the game. And if the tails comes out, B wins the game. When the head comes out, A receives the amount B bets on. When the tail comes out, B receives it from A by doubling the amount that A bets on. B has 100,000 won.
(a) Derive budget constraint and iso-expected value line.
(b) B's utlilty function is U(w) = u^2. In this case, how much would B bet on?
(c) B's utlilty function is U(w) = 2w. In this case, how much would B bet on?
(d) B's utlilty function is U(w) = loot(w). In this case, how much would B bet on?
이게 문제인데 풀다보니 A가 건 금액이랑 B가 건 금액이 다른데, B는 최소 한 적게 거는게 무조건 이득아닌가요? 그럼 세부 문제가 0, 전부건다 등 극단적경우 밖에안나오는데 풀이가능하신분 있나요? 5일째 혼자끙끙 고민하다 못풀어서올립니다.
