디자인 비지니스와 관련된 영어 에세이를 해석해 가는것 인데요..
제가 나름 해봤는데, 뉘앙스라던지 문장을 잘 파악하지 못한것같아요.
해석이 좀 어색해지고.. 말이 안되는 부분도있어서..
제가 옳게 했는지, 조금만 수정해주셨으면 좋겠어요 ㅠㅠ

Judgment Overrides
Any Rule
Martin Puris, cofounder and former CEO of the great agency Ammirati & Puris, has said, "The job of account executive is the most difficult in the agency business.
It's an intellectual high-wire act.
"The two fatal mistakes an account person can make are to become tither the client's 'man' at the agency-or the agency's 'man' at the client.
"Both fail.
"A good account person gives us objectivity, commitment, insight and-above- all-truth."
It is no small challenge to counterbalance client demands with agency realities, and to manage money and time when both have become increasingly scarce. The deeper challenge is to have the judgment needed to do and say exactly the right thing in exactly the right time.
Some account people seem to have great instincts about this.
But I'll bet if you look deeper you'll find that there's more to their judgment skills than just good instincts. I'll bet you'll find that the account people with the best judgement are the ones who made mistakes and learned from them.
Their good judgment comes in part from previous bad judgment.
This is a book of rules, but an account executive works in a world of exceptions.
No rule can accommodate every situation, and no list of rules is exhaustive. In the end, the only rule you can rely on is this: Judgment rules.

회계사(여기서 회계사는 아닌것같은데.. 디자인관련 에세이라서요 다른 뜻이 있는지 궁금합니다.)가
저지를 수 있는 가장 큰 어려움은 회사에서 ‘고객의 사람’이 되거나 고객에게서 ‘회사의 사람’이 되는 이두가지를 동시에 만족시키는 것이다.
두 가지 모두 실패
“좋은 회계사는 우리에게 명백함, 헌신, 통찰력, 무엇보다도 신뢰를 준다.”
회사의 여건과 고객의 요구사이에 균형을 맞추는 것은 작은 과제가 아니다.
또한 돈과 시간, 이두가지가 모두 부족할 때 이 둘을 관리하는 것 또한 그렇다.
더욱 큰 과제는 행동하고 말함에 있어, 확실한 것을 타당한 방법으로, 올바른 사람에게 알맞은 시간에 하는 판단력을 가지는 것이다.
종종 어떤 회계사는 이러한 것에 훌륭한 재능을 가진 것처럼 보인다.
당신도 그들의 훌륭한 재능보다 판단 기술로부터 더 많은 것을 배울 수 있을 것 이라고 확신한다.
훌륭한 판단력을 가진 회계사는 실수로부터 배운 사람이라는 것을 당신은 알 수 있을 것 이라고 확신한다.
그들의 훌륭한 판단은 이전의 나쁜 판단으로부터 온 것이다.
이 책은 규칙을 설명하는 책이지만, 회계사들은 매우 예외적인 세상에 산다.
