How do you think about the suicide of youngest daughter of Mr Lee, Gun-Hee who is the president of Samsung?

A: 처음, 그 소식을 들었을 때, 매우 놀랐다. 막내딸인 이윤형의 개인

  재산이 2000억이 넘는다고 한다. 돈이 그렇게 많은데 왜 자살을 했을까하고 생각했다. 아직도 나는 그녀의 자살이  이해되지 않는다. 정확한 자살 이유는 몰라도 안타깝고 씁쓸했다. 돈이 최고인 지금, 돈은 행복이 아니다 라는 것을 보여주는 사건이었다. 돈이 많은 것보다 마음이 부자인 것이 더 행복한 것 같다.

I was shocked when I heard the news.  The total asset of the youngest daughter, Yun-Hyung Lee was over 200 milion won.  I don't understand why she didnd't want to live at all.  Although I don't know what exactly cause her to kill by herself, I feel a pity for it.   Her suicide showed that money doesn't correspond to happiness while most people believes the money is everything.  I'm sure that not increasing money in your pocket but increasing peace in your mind brings you full of happiness.

세계의 부자들이 부러운 것은 사실이다. 지금 부자인 사람들도 예전에는 어려운 시기가 있었다. 노력을 하는 사람들이 성공한다는 것을 알았다. 노력 뒤에 참고 기다리면 성공이 따른다는 말이 있다. 그래서 나는 부자가 되고 싶기 때문에 매일 매일 최선을 다하려고 노력중이다.

Of course I do.  No one answered "no" to that question.   I envy the life of rich people.  I know how the rich build their wealth.  They overcame difficulties, they worked hard, so they achieve the success.  There is old saying that work hard, then you will get success.  I want to be the rich, so I'm trying to work hard everyday.

세계의 부자들이 부러운 것은 사실이다. 하지만 돈이 많은 부자 보다 마음의 부자가 되고 싶다. 마음이 행복해야 진정한 부자라는 것을 알았다. 풍요로운 생활을 하지 못해도 사랑하는 가족과 친구들과 함께 한다면 그것이 진정한 부자 인 것 같다. 그래서 난 이미 부자가 된 것 같다.

Of course I do.  No one answered "no" to that question.   I envy the life of rich people in the world.  However, I want to build up happiness in my mind rather than build up money in my pocket.  I realized that the happiness makes better life.  Although I don't have enough money, I am happy as if I were a rich, since I have good family and friends.
