와사비는 일본으로부터 온 스시에 사용되는 매운 초록색 겨자야. 스시 좋아하니??

I want to learn the name for sushi.  
스시에 관련된 이름을 배우고 싶어.

나의 하루는 환상적이었어!!

Today I went around the city again and i went inside of Duryu Park,
오늘 나는 다시 도시를 돌아보았고 두류공원 안으로 들어갔어.

The Art and Culture Hall complex hosts exhibitions and concerts. 
예술과 문화의 회관은 다수의 전시회와 공연을 복잡하게해.

All over the park there are outdoor performances in the summer. 

여름에는 공원 전체에 야외 공연들이 있어.

I got to see a cool traditional song that seemed to be the end of .

나는 마지막처럼 보이는 멋진 전통적 노래 봐야만 했어.

 

There is a parking lot where rollerblades and skates are used. 

롤러브레이드랑 스케이트들이 사용되는 곳에 주차장이 있었어.

 

I rented a pair for the afternoon and went playing. 

나는 오후를 위해 한 짝을 빌려 놀러 나갔어.

I had fun and found a swimming pool, soccer field, stadium, hiking trails, a small  temple,
and these small tree.   
나는 재미있고 수영장과 축구장, 경기장, 하이킹도로,  작은절 그리고 작은 나무들을 찾았어.

I took a bus from the park up to the base of the mountains.

나는 공원에서 버스를타고 산의 기슭에 갔어.

Palgeng Mountain was beautiful to see from the top of the temple but it was too far away to go visit.  
팔공산은 절의 꼭대기에서 봤을때 아름다웠어. 그렇지만 그곳은 들리기에 너무 멀어.

The peak has the largest temple complex near the city, in fact it's one of the biggest in the region. 

꼭대기에는 도시 근처에서 가장 큰 절이 있어. 사실 그것은 그 지역에서 가장 큰 절이지.

 

A man told me that I can take a gondola to one of the many peaks. 

한 남자가 많은 정상 중 한 곳에 가기 위해 곤도라를 탈 수 있다고 말해주었어.

 

I want to go for a hike up that rail this week. 

나는 이번 주에 자전거로 그 곳을 가고 싶어.

 

The trails near the temple took me to several smaller temples and hermitages, and following a trail to the top gave access to a large praying platform where i saw a chanting monk and a nearly 360 degree view. 

절 옆에 있는 오솔길들은 몇 개의 작은 절들과 암자들로 나를 데려다 주었어. 그리고 정상으로 가는 한 길은 불경을 외는 스님이 있고, 360도의 경치를 볼 수 있는 큰 하나의 기도처로 나를 접근시켜주었지. 

 

It was a great place to sit and drink some tea this evening. 
그곳은 저녁에 앉아서 차를 마시기에 좋은 장소였어.

I was spellbound.
나는 마법에 걸렸었지.

 

Best of all, the Information Service at mountain is staffed with three friendly old  women who can tell you ANYTHING you need to know about how to live here... like how to get cable hooked up or how to get a credit card fast. 

가장 좋았던 것은,  어떻게 케이블을 달며, 어떻게 신용카드를 빠르게 만들수 있는지 등등..... 이 곳에 살기위해 네가 알아야 할 것은 무엇이든지 말해줄 수 있는  세 명의 친절한 안내원 아줌마들이었어.

 

^_^ we are going thrift shopping this weekend to find some things for our houses together. 

^-^  우리는 우리의 집들을 위해 몇 가지를 사기 위해 요번 주에 같이 검소한 쇼핑을 갈거야.

나는 한국에 혼자 살아...

there is no one with me. 

아무도 나와 함께 하지 않아.

I wish I had a friend to play chong-ki or go stop with. 

같이 종기(?)를 놀 수 있는 친구를 갖기를 원해.

I find it hard to be isolated and alone, I called a friend this weekend in the usa when I was lost =( he only talked 30 seconds then "was busy"

나는 고립되는 것과 홀로 되는 것이 얼마나 어려운지 알아. 나는 요번 주에 내가 무엇을 해야 할 지 몰랐을 때 미국에 있는 친구에게 전화를 걸었어. 그는 30초밖에 이야기를 안했어. 바빴거든.

I hope to make a good friend to talk about everything here in korea. 
나는 이 곳, 한국에서 모든 것을 말 할 수 있는 좋은 친구를 사귀었으면 좋겠어.

The life is so strange but interesting for me here.
낯선 삶이지만 나는 여기가 흥미로워...
