So the anger can affect out learning ability. Second, managing our can lead us to a much more peaceful life. So how could we manage our anxiety? First, figure out what is bothering us. Second, stop and breathe.You could organize your thoughts while doing it. Third, talk to people about your anxiety and what's bothering you. It can give you a chance to find out the solution of your anxiety. Lastly, create a nourishing routine. A good routine helps you to forget about your anxiety because anxiety thrives on chaos and uncertainty. SO these are the ways how to manage our anxiety!
