Teenagers Park Minji, 15 years old
Since I was little, I have been interested in clothes and fashion. My friends say that I will make a good fashion designer. I am not very sure, though. It's true that I like clothes, but that doesn't mean that I have talent in design. To be honest, I don't know what I want to be yet.
The most important thing to me now is my friends. I have a few good friends. We can talk about anything and we have fun together. I have a problem on Sundays. I want to go out with my friends, but my parents don't like it. My father, especially, wants the whole family to spend time together on Sundays. He wants to take us for a hike, but it is not fun for me at all. I'd rather go to the movies or window shopping with my friends.

Twenties Jeong Sehun, 21 years old
I am a senior in college, and I am majoring in architecture. Ever since I was a little child, I have been interested in building things. My dream is to become a world-famous architect. To make this dream come true, I am planning to ge abroad to study more after college.
Last year, I took off and went to the U.S on a working holiday program. I worked at a youth camp in Michigan. The pay was little, but it gave me a great chance to learn English and to see great buildings in America. During weekends, I travelled to many big cities and saw all the famous buildings. I especially liked Chicago was so beautiful. The skyline of Chicago I saw at night from Lake Michigan was really beautiful. Someday I hope that I can build buildings as beautiful as they are.

Thirties Hong Jumi, 32 years old
I studied journalism in college and now I am a reporter. I am also a housewife with a baby boy. My days are very busy with work and family. Sometimes I get so tired that I want to give up the job. Whenever I feel this way, I think about the dream I had when I was young. My dream was to be a great reporter and win a Pulitzer Prize.
My husband also gives me support and strength. He helps me with the housework a lot and always tells me to do my best at work. I am lucky to have an understanding husband like him. I am happy that I have a job I like.

Forties Kim Manho, 45 years old
I work for a small company. I have a wife and two children, a daughter who is 14 and a son who is 17. My days are usually long and stressful, but I can stand them all because I have a family that I love. Whenever I feel weak, I think about them and get new strength. Of course, sometimes I get frustrated with my family, especially, with my children. The other day, I was shocked that my son dyed his hair yellow. Whenever I have a problem, I always do my best to understand them. I try to talk with them as much as possible. I hope that they know this.

Sixties Jo Nanyong, 61 years old
All my children are married, and my husband and I are living in a little village near Seoul. I always wanted to live in the country, but it was impossible while my husband was working. He retired last year and now we are enjoying the peaceful life in the countryside. Once a week we go to an orphanage near our house and do volunteer work. I take care of the children while my husband teaches English to the older children. It gives us great joy that we can still do something for others.
