So I think we should limit the use of plastic straws. Around the world, 100 billion plastic straws are used a year, all because they are not properly separated and thrown away in the sea or forest. Abandoned plastic can be eaten by wild animals and can also threaten animals. Also, the small plastic that comes out when the straw touches something hot is called microplastics, which is very small and discharged into the sea or rivers without being filtered out at all of the sewage treatment facilities, causing fish to misunderstand it as food and eat it.
