(1) Moreover, development can get natural resources as well as national economic competitiveness can rise - 을 결과의 부사절로 하여

= Moreover, development can get natural resources that it can raise national economic competitiveness.

(2) Because if we can get oil in the land , we can have many economic profits by trading oil with other countries. - 에서

1) because는 종속절이어서 주절이 와야하는데, 이를 대문자로 써서 독립된 문장으로 할 수 없어서 앞문장의 ㅡㅌ의 종지부를 코마로 하고 because를 소문자로 해야하며

2) 그것 보다는 그렇게하면 if절까지 있어서 길어져 복잡해 보이니 차라리 독립시켜

다음과같이 함이 어떨가요?

For example, if we can get oil in the land , we can have many economic profits by trading oil with other countries.
