1.had가 3형식인가요?5형식인가요?
2.careful이 답이라면 had의 목적격보어로 쓰였나요?
3.carefully가 답이라면 무엇을 꾸며주고있는건가요?

1.had가 3형식인가요?5형식인가요?

--> had 의 의미가 '시키다'가 아니고 '가지다'

사역동사가 아님.

따라서 3형식

2.careful이 답이라면 had의 목적격보어로 쓰였나요?

--> 따라서 carefully, 즉 부사임.

3.carefully가 답이라면 무엇을 꾸며주고있는건가요?

--> driving이 준동사 이지만

모든 준동사는 동사의 고유한 속성이

있기에 부사의 수식을 받을 수 있답니다.
