G코인에서 스팀지갑으로 월렛이 들어왔지만 스팀측에서 환불이 2주가 지나 거절 답변이 오셧다면
우선 내 자신이 해야할것을 알려드리려고 합니다.
단 이 방법으로 해결 불가능한 경우도 있을수도 있습니다.
저도 아래 방법으로 100%해결이 가능하라곤 장담 해드리긴 어렵습니다.
(아직까진 아래 내용으로 환불 안해준 경우는 없긴합니다.)

우선 아리님께서 올려주신 공지를 확인할 필요가 있습니다.
공지에도 나와있지만
시스템 신청 기간 내 스팀 정책에 따라 환불이 가능하도록 협의가 된 상태이며,
스팀 측 확인 결과 기존 환불 제한 기간에 예외를 두어 처리가 진행되고 있다는 답변을 받았습니다.
라고 적혀있습니다. 제가 몇가지 관련 문의로 스팀측에 문의 해봤지만 이상한 답변만 계속 보내더라구요
(개인적인 생각이지만 스팀측에서 이상하게 처리해주는거 같긴합니다.)
우선 동일한 방법으로
팀 지원 > 환불 희망하는 구매 내역 선택 > '이 구매에 관한 질문이 있습니다.' 선택 > 환불이 거절되는 상세 사유 확인 요청 내용 작성을 해주셔야합니다.
관련 환불 문의 내용을 적는칸+사진을 첨부할수있는 구조로 나와있습니다.

We would like to inform you about the issue regarding Steam Wallet funds refunded through PUBG Customer Service being rejected when requesting a refund through Steam Customer Service related to the PUBG x NewJeans collaboration.
It has been agreed that refunds can be processed according to Steam policies within the system application period, and Steam has confirmed that exceptions are being made to the usual refund restrictions.
Since the reasons for refund rejection can vary depending on the request, if your refund request continues to be rejected, please request detailed reasons for the rejection instead of requesting a refund again.
To do so, go to Steam Support > Select the purchase you want to be refunded > Select "I have a question about this purchase" > Write a request for the detailed reason for the refund rejection.
