⏺️ SK

The team is centered around domestic players like Kim Sun-hyung, Ahn Young-jun, Oh Se-geun, and Choi Boo-kyung, with Gomez as their overseas player! The first option for imports is Jamil Warney, and the second option is Isaiah Hicks. Despite Hicks having many injury concerns, he was significant during his time in the KBL. Therefore, SK's roster still has considerable name value this season and should not be underestimated. However, the fact that Jamil Warney is showing a decline and that key players like Kim Sun-hyung and Oh Se-geun are quite old may pose risks for SK this season.

⏺️ DB

Ahead of this season, Diedrick Lawson left the KBL stage. The overseas player DB recruited is "Onuaku," who has already proven his effectiveness in the post. Albano is also evaluated to have improved compared to last season. With Gang Sang-jae and Kim Jong-kyu taking the frontline, Park In-woong, Lee Kwan-hee, Seo Min-soo, and Kim Si-rae will provide support. This season, they have a roster that can justifiably be seen as a powerful contender for the championship.

✅ Conclusion

SK is a traditionally strong team, and this season their roster is quite solid. Although it is a team with many veterans, since the season has just begun, physical issues are not significant. Thus, SK should not be underestimated. However, Jamil Warney can no longer maintain the status of "invincible overseas player" in the KBL. Additionally, he struggled in his match-up against Onuaku last season.

There is a prevailing expectation in the field that Albano's performance will surpass last season's, and it remains questionable whether SK has the right resources to effectively control him. It will also be important to see how much offensive input Ahn Young-jun can secure in the current roster structure. It will not be easy for SK to surpass DB.
