이고객은 변심으로 반품접수를 원한다
이상품은 최초에 2개로 나누어 분리배송되었지만
전체 수량은 12개이다
보통 우리는 분리배송과 상관없이 수량전체를
한번에 반품접수를 하고있고 접수할때 반품배송비를
환불금에서 차감해서 설정하면 한번만 차감되고있다
근데 지금 상품의 수량이 너무 많아서
(서버오류) 한번에 반품접수 진행이 안된다
우리는 그래서 수량을 나누어 반품접수흘 하고
분리 배송된 상품 그대로 서류만 부착해서 반송할 것이다
그렇기 때문에 반품접수를 반품배송비가 한번만 발생될수 있게 해도 되는지 확인이 필요하다
그런데 판매자는 분리배송이 되었기 때문에 반품배송비가 총 2번 발생한다는데 이게 맞는지 확인 해서 답변 부탁드립니다.
