1. Sign in to your account and click ‘My Orders’
2. Select and click on the order number.
3. Under the order number, please select ViewDetails.
4. There is an order status line, if your order is not shipped, you will see the estimate dispatch date. If your order has shipped, you will see the shipping details. For further details about shipping time, please check our Knowledge Page:

If you would like to return an order or receive a refund, please complete the following steps:
1. Sign into your account and click My Orders
2. Click on the related order number
3. Scroll down the Order Detail Page and click on’Return and Refund’ to proceed to an online form
4. Write down your request and submit the ticket.
If you have more questions which are not mentioned above, please follow the steps below:
1. Sign in to your account and click on the related order number
2. Scroll down the order detail page and find the link ’Ask about custom duties’
3. Click the link and choose ‘others’ in the reason, then write down your requests, after you finish writing, click "next" and then click "submit".
